Hispanglia maintains the legally required Surety Bond and financial guarantees applicable to licensed travel agencies operating within Spain and the European Union.
These financial protection measures are designed to support travellers in situations involving insolvency, failure to provide contracted travel services or repatriation requirements where applicable under the relevant travel regulations.
While Hispanglia is not part of UK financial protection schemes such as ABTA or ATOL, the company operates under the equivalent Spanish and European regulatory framework applicable to licensed travel agencies.

Hispanglia maintains Professional Civil Liability Insurance applicable to its educational travel activities and operational coordination services.
This insurance structure is designed to support operational protection relating to programme coordination, supplier arrangements and educational travel activities where applicable.
Operational Prepayment Structure
Securing services well in advance
In order to support programme continuity and operational availability, Hispanglia may secure and prepay selected operational services in advance, including accommodation, transport arrangements and educational visits.
This operational commitment helps secure programme availability and support supplier coordination throughout the planning process.
Complaints, Claims & Operational Concerns
Clear procedures and responsive support
Operational concerns, complaints or insurance-related matters may be communicated through schools, group leaders or relevant operational contacts where appropriate.
Where applicable, supporting documentation relating to operational incidents, supplier concerns or insurance procedures may be requested as part of the review process.
Everyone had a fantastic time in Spain! The itinerary worked really well and everything just ran so smoothly.
