We work closely with schools to design programmes that are well thought through, realistic, and tailored to both students and staff. There are no standard packages and no pressure to commit before you are ready.
Step 1:
Initial Conversation
Planning begins with a conversation. We take the time to understand:
- Your school and students
- Curriculum focus and learning objectives
- Preferred dates, group size, and budget
- Any specific requirements or concerns
Based on this, we offer honest advice and initial ideas, drawing on our local knowledge of Andalusia.
Step 2:
Tailor-Made Proposal
Using the information you provide, we create a bespoke itinerary designed specifically for your group. This includes:
- A clear outline of the programme
- Accommodation and transport options
- Educational visits and activities
- Indicative costs
Proposals can be refined and adjusted until they feel right for your school.
Step 3:
Confirmation & Preparation
Once you are happy to proceed:
- We confirm all arrangements
- Provide documentation to support school approval processes
- Share detailed itineraries, risk assessments, and practical information
There are no advance deposits required, and payment can be made shortly before the trip, helping to keep planning flexible and low risk.
Step 4:
Ongoing support
From confirmation through to departure, you will have:
- A single, consistent point of contact
- Support with questions from staff or parents
- Clear communication and updates
During the trip itself, our locally based team in Andalusia remains available to support you if needed.
Now that we are back in England and back at school too I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the trip to Malaga. I have had a lot of very positive feedback from the parents who have been saying that it was a fantastic trip and that their children have had a great time. The students had a super time and I would say that it was certainly up there amongst the top trips that I have organized. A very big thank you and I hope to see you soon with another group.
