Planning & Risk Management
Our programmes follow UK school travel expectations and Spanish regulations, with comprehensive risk assessments covering accommodation, transport, activities, excursions, and other aspects of the visit. These assessments are shared with schools in advance and can be adapted to suit each group’s needs.
Activities & Supervision
All activities and excursions are educational, age-appropriate, and risk-assessed. We partner with experienced, insured local providers, while students remain under the supervision of school staff throughout the visit. Hispanglia provides local coordination, logistical support, and clear communication to help programmes run smoothly.
Pre-Trip Support
We provide detailed itineraries, pre-departure information, and ongoing communication before and during the visit, adapting arrangements where necessary to meet schools’ requirements.
Accommodation & Transport
We work only with carefully selected accommodation providers and fully licensed transport companies that meet appropriate safety, hygiene, and legal standards. All providers are regularly reviewed, and journeys are planned to ensure comfort, wellbeing, and effective group management.
Medical Support & Emergencies
Schools receive emergency procedures, local contact details, and information on nearby medical facilities before arrival. Our Málaga-based team is available 24/7 during programmes to assist with emergencies, medical needs, and unexpected situations.
